Will the GoDaddy to Titan Email Migration Disrupt My Professional Email?

No outage is expected. GoDaddy is handling the DNS updates and reconnecting devices as part of the move to Titan, so mail flow shouldn't be interrupted. Passwords are staying the same.

What will look different
  • The webmail interface will look slightly different after the migration.
  • Anyone storing files on their Professional Email Drive should back those files up before the migration, since that storage is part of what's moving.
When would this come up?
  • A customer receives a migration notice from GoDaddy about their Professional Email account and asks whether they need to do anything or whether email will go down.
