Overview of My Dashboard

The Member Dashboard keeps you informed about and connected to your community. Individual cards organize information so you can quickly see upcoming events, recent communications, important documents, dues and payments, and more.

To open your dashboard, click the "Hello, [Your Name]" dropdown menu in the header of any page on your community website, then choose My Dashboard. You must be logged in to see this link.

Your dashboard may not include every card described below, and some cards may use different titles than shown here — the exact set depends on which features your community has enabled.

My Profile

View your current profile information, including name, email address, join date, and address. The email address shown is the one your organization uses to contact you, so keep it up to date. If you belong to a Household, that household's information also appears on this card.

Newsfeed

View the most recent Newsfeed posts in chronological order, along with the name of the member who created each post and its opening sentence. Click read more to view a full post.

Calendar

View upcoming community events — both simple calendar entries and events created through the Events feature. Each entry shows the event name, date, and a short synopsis. From this card you can view the event on the calendar, register, or see that you're already registered.

Forms/Polls

View the most recently updated forms, polls, and surveys available to your community. Click a listing to fill out a form, complete a survey, or cast a vote.

Documents

Access and download the most recently uploaded community documents. This card shows each file's name and its upload date.

Committees

View the committees, groups, and clubs you belong to. If you lead a committee, you can access the Committees tab in the Admin Dashboard.

Payments Due

View a chronological list of your recent, upcoming, and outstanding payments, including the dues item name, invoice due date, and amount owed. Click make payment to go to the payments page.

My Chats

View your most recent private message threads. Click open conversation on a thread to rejoin it.

My Reservations

View a chronological list of your upcoming amenity reservations, including the amenity name and reservation date and time.

Sponsors

View the names, logos, and affiliation dates of current community sponsors.
