What does the AR Dashboard show me?

Overview

The AR Dashboard shows the current state of your community's invoices — including open, paid, and late invoices, plus outstanding invoices from inactive dues items (invoices remain due even if the dues item that generates them is later made inactive). It also includes one-off invoices generated through Member or Household Wallets.

You do not need to set up the full Financials feature to use the AR Dashboard if you don't use any other Financials tools.

How to get there

  1. In the Admin Dashboard, click the Financials tab in the vertical menu to open it.
  2. Click the AR Dashboard tab.

The four summary snapshots

At the top of the AR Dashboard, four snapshot panels update automatically to reflect your current search and filter criteria:

  • Current Overdue Invoices — a graph of late invoices across all dues items.
  • Current Amount Owed — the total dollar amount due across all outstanding invoices.
  • Current Late Fees Owed — the total late-fee amount across all outstanding invoices.
  • Current Members/Households Overdue — a breakdown of how many individual Members and Households have overdue invoices.
