# View Violations for a Specific Violations Form
### View Violations for a Specific Violations Form
*Also searched as: see violations by form, review one violation form's tickets, check a single violations form's submissions*
Examine and interact with all violations opened for an individual violations form.
**Steps**
1. Click the "Forms" tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
2. Click the "Violations" tab.
3. In the "VIOLATIONS" window that opens, locate the form in the list.
4. To view the violations for that specific form, click the number shown in that form's **Pending**, **Open**, or **Closed** column.
5. In the "VIOLATION STATUS" window that opens, review entries across three tabs: **Pending**, **Open**, and **Closed** (see details below).
6. To return to the "VIOLATIONS" window, click the "back to violation forms" link at the top of the window.
### The Three Status Tabs
- **Pending** — Newly filed tickets that have not yet been evaluated. Columns show: who reported the violation, their email address, ticket status, ticket ID number, and submission date.
- **Open** — Tickets that have been classified and are in progress. Columns show: who the violation is assigned to, violation type, ticket ID number, ticket status, submission date, and last-modified date.
- **Closed** — Tickets that have been resolved. Columns show: who the violation is assigned to, violation type, ticket ID number, ticket status, last-modified date, and who closed the ticket.
### Actions Available on Any Tab
These two actions are available from each tab's "ACTIONS" column (three-dots menu), for any listed violation:
- **View the violation's details:** Choose "View Violation."
- **Download a PDF of the violation:** Choose "Download PDF."
