# View Payment Activity and Outstanding Dues and Fees by Member
Review the Dues and Fees payment history and outstanding balance billed directly to an individual member, rather than to their household.
### Steps
1. Click on the **Membership** tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
2. Click on the **Members** tab.
3. Find the member and click the three-dot menu in the **ACTIONS** column, then select **View**.
4. On the **MEMBER DETAILS** page, review the **MEMBER ACTIVITY** and **MEMBER DUES** boxes.
#### What You’ll See
- **MEMBER ACTIVITY** — a chronological list of the member’s actions, including payments made toward their dues and fees.
- **MEMBER DUES** — shows a **Dues Current** badge if nothing is owed, or a list of outstanding items billed directly to the member (due date, invoice number, item name, amount) if anything is unpaid.
- A **PAYMENT HISTORY** table below that, listing full and partial payments toward the member’s invoices, with a **more info** link for full payment details.
**Note:** This is separate from a member’s household dues — a member can have outstanding items billed to them individually in addition to (or instead of) items billed to their household.
