View Other Transmissions of the Same Message Template

Overview

The Other Transmissions tab of a Selected Message window lists other message transmissions that were sent using the same message template as the one you're currently viewing.

Note: The template name may be very different from the message Subject shown in the transmission list.

 How to Access the Other Transmissions Tab

  1. Click on the Message Center tab, then History.
  2. Click View on a transmission.
  3. Click on the Other Transmissions tab.

 Understanding the Other Transmissions List

Each row shows:

  • When Sent — date and time (Eastern Time)
  • Sent to — how many individuals received that transmission
  • Subject — the message title of that transmission
  • Status — delivery status, based on the same Statuses legend used elsewhere in Message Center History (a message must be "Delivered" before it can be "Opened")

 How to Open Details for an Other Transmission

  1. Click on the arrow at the right of the row you want to review.
  2. A new Selected message window opens with details about that specific transmission.

Note: Some message transmissions may not have any "Other Transmissions," and some may use templates that you cannot edit.
