View Inactive Message Center Custom Templates

Deactivated Custom Templates are hidden from the Custom tab's list by default. Turn on Show Inactive to bring them back into view so you can review or reactivate them.

Steps

  1. Click Message Center on the vertical Dashboard menu, then click Templates.
  2. Click the Custom tab.
  3. Turn on the Show Inactive toggle at the top right of the window.

Deactivated templates now appear in the list with a light-gray row background, so you can tell them apart from active ones at a glance.

  1. Turn the toggle back off at any time to hide inactive templates again.

Note: This toggle only applies to Custom Templates. Inactive Automated Templates are always visible in the Automated tab's list — no toggle is needed or available there — see the article on activating or deactivating a Message Center Template.
