View and Respond to a Violation Assigned to You (Member)

If a violation is assigned to you (or to a member of your Household), you'll receive an e-mailed notification that includes a PDF summary of the violation details and any attached photos. The notification includes a link that takes you to your Member Dashboard, where you can view the violation online.

• If you're not logged in when you click the link, it takes you to the website's Home page — log in from the upper right corner, then reach your Member Dashboard from the dropdown menu.

 Viewing the Violation

1. From your Member Dashboard, find any pending, open, or previously closed violation.
2. Click the view violation hyperlink under the listed violation to open the Violations Review screen.

 What You Can (and Can't) Do

The member-facing version of the Violations Review screen closely resembles the admin version, but:

• It does not include the "Submission" tab (that's admin-only).
• It does not show admin-only comments.
• It does not let you change or update the violation's status.

You can read the violation details, view attachments, and add comments (including attaching files) to communicate with the administrators.
