# View and Export Survey Results
### View and Export Survey Results

**Overview**
Once a survey or vote has collected responses (see [Online Voting and Surveys Overview](https://help.hoastart.com/online-voting-and-surveys-overview?hsLang=en) and [Ready to vote?](https://help.hoastart.com/how-do-i-create-a-survey-or-poll-o?hsLang=en)), go to **Forms \> Voting/Surveys** to review and export the results.
### Surveys List
The Surveys screen lists every survey and poll you've created, with columns for **Form Name**, **Type**, **Submissions** count, and **Modified** date. Check **Show Inactive** to include surveys you've deactivated, and use **Search Forms** to find one by name.
### Row Actions
Each survey's row actions let you:
- **Duplicate Form** — create a copy of this survey to reuse its structure for a new one
- **Access Management** — control who can manage this survey
- **Edit Form Settings** — change the survey's name, recipients, or other settings
- **View Form** — see the survey as a member would when submitting it
- **View Results** — review submitted responses
- **Download CSV** — export all responses as a spreadsheet
- **Deactivate** — take the survey down without deleting its submission history
### How to Review Results
1. Go to **Forms \> Voting/Surveys**.
2. Find the survey you want and click **View Results** on its row.
3. Review the responses shown on screen, or click **Download CSV** from the row actions to export the full response data for reporting or further analysis.
### Starting a New Survey
Click **Add New Survey** at the top of the Voting/Surveys screen to build a new one using the Custom Forms builder with **Make Survey/Poll** enabled (see [Build a Custom Form](https://help.hoastart.com/build-a-custom-form?hsLang=en)).
