Using Household Labels

Using Household Labels

Also searched as: household tags, custom dues groups, tagging households, dues by subdivision

Household Labels let Admins send different dues amounts to specific households or groups of households. This is useful when:

  • Your community has multiple subdivisions with different dues rates, or
  • A new household moves in mid-year and needs to be invoiced for only a partial, prorated amount.

How to Create and Apply a Label

Search terms: add label, new label, tag a household, edit household

  1. Click the Households tab, then the Households sub-tab.
  2. Find the household and click the Edit icon (pencil) in the Actions column to open Edit Household. (Labels can be added the same way from Add New Household.)
  3. In the Add New Label field, type a label name and click Add.
    • If the label already exists (was used on another household), you can instead select it from the Labels dropdown.
    • You can apply more than one label to a single household.
  4. Click View Summary to double-check the label(s) you applied.
  5. Click Save Household to save your changes.
