# Titan Migration Instructions
If your store account shows a Titan migration alert, follow these steps to submit the DNS records we need to complete the migration for your email address(es).
##### Steps
1. Log in to the store account that was used to purchase your email address(es). [Click here](https://www.secureserver.net/products/professional-email?plid=584611) for a link to the store.
2. Click on your avatar on the top right.
3. Select “My Products”.
4. Click “Manage All” for Email & Office.
5. Click “Manage” for one of your email addresses.
6. Click “Set mail destination”.
7. Take a screenshot of the DNS records shown on the page, or copy the DNS records to your clipboard.
8. Open a support ticket with a title referencing the Titan Migration. Add the screenshot or copied DNS records, and submit the ticket.
We will reply to your support ticket letting you know the records have been added. Any Titan migration alerts you are seeing on your store account should resolve within 48 hours.
##### Good to Know
*Note: DNS records are not unique per email address, so it does not matter which email address you choose in Step 5. The DNS records you send us will apply to all of your email addresses that use the same domain name.*
