Sort the List of Message Transmissions in Message Center History

Click any column header on the full Message Center History list to reorder its transmissions instead of leaving them in the default order.

Steps

1. Click Message Center on the vertical Dashboard menu, then click History.
2. Click view more at the bottom of the Recent Transmissions list to open the full History list.
3. Click a column header (or the small up/down arrows next to it) to sort by that column. Click it again to reverse the sort direction.

Sortable Columns

• Sent to — number of recipients on that transmission.
• Subject — sorts on the Subject text as stored, including any dynamic-field placeholder names rather than each recipient's personalized value.
• When Sent — transmission date and time, shown in Eastern Time.
• Type — the message type (Digest, Dues, Email Blast, Boardroom, and so on).
• Status — overall delivery status of the transmission.

Note: The Actions column is not sortable, and your chosen sort order is not saved between visits.
