Show Inactive Vendors

Deactivated vendors don’t appear in your Vendors list by default. Use the Show Inactive toggle to bring them back into view.

Steps

1. Click on the Financials tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
2. Click on the Vendors tab.
3. Turn on the Show Inactive toggle switch above the vendor list.

Inactive vendors now appear in the list with a light gray background. Turn the toggle back off to hide them again.

Reactivating a Vendor

1. Click the three-dot menu in the ACTIONS column for the inactive vendor and select Reactivate Vendor.
2. In the REACTIVATE VENDOR? window, click Reactivate to confirm.

To close the confirmation window without making changes, click Cancel, press Esc, or click the X in the top right corner.
