Show Inactive Accounts

Deactivated accounts don’t appear in your Chart of Accounts list by default. Use the Show Inactive toggle to bring them back into view.

Steps

  1. Click on the Financials tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the Chart of Accounts tab.
  3. Turn on the Show Inactive toggle switch above the account list.

Inactive accounts now appear in the list alongside your active accounts. Turn the toggle back off to hide them again.

Tip: From here you can click any inactive account, then Edit account, then Reactivate Account to restore it.
