Search for a Violation Form

If your organization has built several violations forms, use the search bar on the main Violations page to jump straight to the one you're looking for by name.

Steps

1. Click the Forms tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen, then click Violations.
2. Type all or part of the form's name into the Search Forms box.
3. Click Search, or press Enter.

The list updates to show only forms whose name matches what you typed.

Clearing a Search

Click Clear to remove the search text and return to the full list of violations forms.

Sorting the List

Click any column header (Form Name, Type, Pending, Open, Closed, or Modified) to sort the list by that column. Click the same header again to reverse the sort direction. The darker of the two small arrows next to a column name shows which direction is currently active.

Tip: Turn on Show Inactive next to the search bar first if the form you're looking for has been deactivated — deactivated forms are otherwise hidden from both the list and search results.
