Search for a Custom Form
If your organization has built several custom forms, use the search bar on the main Custom Forms page to jump straight to the one you're looking for by name.
Steps
- Click the Forms tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen, then click Custom Forms.
- Type all or part of the form's name into the search box.
- Click Search, or press Enter.
The list updates to show only forms whose name matches what you typed.
Clearing a Search
Click Clear to remove the search text and return to the full list of custom forms.
Sorting the List
Click any column header (Form Name, Type, Submissions, or Modified) to sort the list by that column. Click the same header again to reverse the sort direction.
Tip: Turn on Show Inactive next to the search bar first if the form you're looking for has been deactivated — deactivated forms are otherwise hidden from both the list and search results.
Note: The Type column always reads Standard in this list. A form built with Make Survey/Poll or Enable Ticketing turned on doesn't appear here at all — it's listed under Voting / Surveys or Ticketing System instead, so if you can't find a form by searching Custom Forms, check whether it's actually one of those types.
