Search for a Conversation

Find a specific conversation by name from your full conversation list.

Steps

  1. Log into the member-facing side of your website directly, or click Public Site on the Dashboard’s left menu.
  2. Click the Messaging icon (a pair of speech bubbles) in the menu bar under your organization’s name.
  3. Click the Search Messages box at the top of the window and type a full or partial conversation name.

The conversation list narrows automatically as you type, matching against each conversation’s name.

  1. Clear the search box to bring back your full conversation list.
