Review Your Plan Details

Go to Account > Organization Info to see a summary of your organization's current plan and billing.

Your Plan

  • Plan tier -- your current subscription level (for example, Premium).
  • Members -- your current member count.
  • Custom Domain -- whether a custom domain is connected to your site.
  • Custom Email Accounts -- any custom email accounts included with your plan.
  • Newsletter Templates -- any newsletter templates included with your plan.
  • Text Messages -- how many text messages your organization has sent and how many remain for the current allowance period.

Payment Info

  • Annual Plan Price -- what your organization is billed per year.
  • Last Payment -- the date of your most recent payment (shows N/A if none has been made yet).
  • Renewal Date -- when your plan is next due to renew.

Asking About Your Plan

  1. Click Question About Plan?.
  2. Type your question or requested change in the message box.
  3. Click Save to send it, or Cancel to close without sending.

This page doesn't let you change your plan tier or pricing directly -- use the Question About Plan? button for upgrades, downgrades, or any other plan-related request, and a plan specialist will follow up.
