Refresh the Messaging Window to View New Posts

The Messaging window doesn’t automatically update while it’s open. Refresh it to pull in any new conversations or messages sent since you opened it.

Steps

1. Log into the member-facing side of your website directly, or click Public Site on the Dashboard’s left menu.
2. Click the Messaging icon (a pair of speech bubbles) in the menu bar under your organization’s name.
3. Click the circular refresh icon next to the Messaging title at the top of the window.

Your conversation list updates immediately with any new activity.
