Pin or Unpin a Post

Pinning a post keeps it easy to find — pinned posts can be viewed together at any time using the Pinned Posts tab (see the View All Pinned Posts article), which is useful for announcements or information you want members to see even after newer posts have been added.

Steps

1. Click the Newsfeed link on your website's main navigation bar.
2. Find the post you want to pin or unpin, and click the thumbtack (pin) icon in its upper-right corner, next to the three-dot menu.
3. In the confirmation window, click Pin (or Unpin if the post is already pinned) to confirm, or Cancel to back out.

Tip: Pinning a post does not move it to the top of the All Posts list — posts still display newest-first there. To see only your pinned posts together, use the Pinned Posts tab.
