How to Purchase a Professional Email Account

HOA Start offers communities the ability to purchase custom e-mail addresses that match their domain. This is available if HOA Start manages your domain registration.

Pricing shown is per account. Purchase as many accounts as you need.

 Steps to Purchase

  1. Log in to your Admin Dashboard, open the Account menu, and click Add-Ons.
  2. Find the Add Professional Email Accounts tile and click its Request Info button.
  3. This opens a Support Ticket window addressed to your organization's Website Administrator(s). The Subject field is pre-filled with "Custom Email Accounts," and the message body is pre-filled with "I'm interested in purchasing additional email accounts. Please send me more information." Edit this message if you want to specify how many accounts you need, which plan (Individual or Team), or any other details, then click Send.
  4. HOA Start support will follow up on your ticket to complete the purchase and set up your new e-mail account(s). For general questions and contact inquiries, we suggest using addresses like `info@`, `board@`, `support@`, or `help@`. For individuals associated with your community, we recommend `FirstName.LastName@` addresses.

 Connecting Your Domain (DNS Setup)

  1. As part of setting up your new e-mail account, HOA Start's support team will handle the DNS records for your custom domain on your behalf.
  2. If you have questions about your request or need to follow up, log in to your Admin Dashboard, open the Support tab, click the Support Desk tab within it, and click Open a New Ticket to reach HOA Start support directly.

 Important Notes

  • Purchasing a Professional Email Account is a request-based process — there is no self-checkout cart. Submitting the Request Info form starts a support ticket; HOA Start staff handle billing and account setup with you from there.
  • DNS records can take up to 48 hours to go into effect after they are created.
