How Often Data Syncs to QuickBooks

Sync Timing

Once a day, all payments of types that are assigned to an account category sync into your QuickBooks account. This typically occurs the day after the invoice was created or the payment was made.

Why a Payment Might Not Appear

• The payment type isn't mapped to a QuickBooks Account Name yet (see "Map Payment Categories to QuickBooks Accounts").
• The invoice or payment was generated before you completed your QuickBooks sync setup — these will never retroactively appear.
• The sync hasn't run yet for today — check back the next day.
