Revise the settings you applied to a violations form when you created it.

Steps to Edit Violations Form Settings

  1. Click the Forms tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click the Violations tab.
  3. In the VIOLATIONS window that opens, locate the applicable violation form in the list.
  4. Open the ACTIONS column's three-dots menu and choose Edit Form Settings.
  5. In the ADD NEW VIOLATIONS FORM window, edit the name of your form in the Form Name box.
  6. In the Submission Response box, revise the message that displays after a member submits the form.
  7. Update who gets notified of new submissions:
    • Replace the email address of a person who should receive notifications each time a member fills out this form.
    • Click +Add Another Recipient to add another recipient.
    • Click the red Remove link above the Form Recipient box to remove a recipient.
    • Note: Every form must have at least one recipient.
  8. (Optional) Activate Make Form Uneditable to block anyone from changing the form once it receives at least one submission.
    • Note: If this option is already active, you cannot deactivate it once the form has received at least one response.
  9. Click Save to apply your changes.

 To Cancel Without Saving Changes

Click Cancel, press Esc, or click the X in the top right corner of the window.
