How Do I View or Void a Household Wallet Transaction (Credit)?
You can void individual positive transactions (credits) from a Household Wallet in the MANAGE HOUSEHOLD WALLET window. Voiding reduces the Wallet balance. To ensure transparency and proper tracking, voided transactions remain listed (shown crossed out with a VOID marker) — they cannot be removed.
Note: This method only voids Wallet balance credits, not one-off invoices. To void a one-off Household Wallet invoice, see the separate article on voiding one-off invoices.
Access via Households Tab
- Click the Households tab, then the Households tab below it, to reach the HOUSEHOLDS window.
- Locate the Household using the list or search.
- In the Actions column, click the three-dots menu and choose Manage Wallet.
Access via Member Details

- Locate a member of the Household.
- In the Actions column, click the three-dots menu and choose View Member.

Understanding the Wallet Ledger
In the MANAGE HOUSEHOLD WALLET window you'll see:
- Balance — the current Household Wallet balance.
- +Add Transaction — button to add a new credit.
- Search — search transactions by ID, Name, Amount, or Notes.
- Transaction list columns: Transaction ID, Name, Amount (parentheses denote a manually applied or member-instigated payment), Date Added, Notes.
Voiding a Transaction
- Click the ACTIONS three-dots menu next to the transaction and choose View Transaction or Void Transaction.
- View Transaction shows the same details as the ledger, annotated with tooltips. Click Done to close.
- Void Transaction opens a confirmation window showing the Transaction Identifier, Name, and Amount. Click Void to proceed, or Cancel to close without voiding.
