# How to Sign In and Access Your Professional Email Account

Once your professional e-mail account and domain setup are complete (see the separate article on purchasing a professional e-mail account), use these steps to sign in and set up your devices.

Steps

1. Your confirmation message will include a Sign in to Professional Email button and a matching hyperlink.
2. Click the sign-in button to open a pop-up window that provides a QR code so you can set up Microsoft Outlook on your phone.
3. From there, sign in to your e-mail account or set up your devices so they can access your mail:
   • Click Set up devices to access options for mobile and desktop use.
   • Click Sign in to email to reach the browser-based portal so you can create new messages and check incoming mail.

 Steps to Access from browser

1. Open your web browser, such as Chrome
2. In the address bar type email.yourdomain our example would be email.pinevalleyfarms-hoa.com
3. That will bring you to a sign in page, enter the email address you purchased and password you set up
4. Click the sign in button to bring you to your inbox
