How Do I Send Password Reset Links to Members Who Haven't Logged In?

When members are added to your website or register to join, some may not set up a password and log in. Password reset links stay viable for only 7 days, so residents who wait too long need a new one. Rather than sending links one at a time, you can message everyone in your community at once and limit the message to people who have never logged in.

1. Click the Membership tab in the vertical Admin Dashboard menu, then click the Members tab to open the MEMBERS window.
2. Activate the Filter To Never Logged In checkbox above the member list to limit the list to members who have never logged in.
3. From the Members Actions dropdown menu, select Message Filtered Members to open the MESSAGE MEMBERS window. The member count shown reflects only the filtered members from step 2.
4. Activate the toggle switch for Send a System Email To [XX] Members.
5. Activate the Reset Password checkbox that appears. This selects the password reset as the type of message sent.
6. Click Send to send the password reset message to the filtered members.
