How do I login to the mobile app?

Log in to the App

When you launch the mobile app, sign in with your e-mail address and password.

How to Log In

1. Open the app.
2. Enter the e-mail address and password you use to log in to your community website. These are the same credentials for both.
3. Tap Sign In.

 Before You Can Log In

• You cannot sign up for Membership from within the app itself.
• If you do not already have an active website Membership, you must sign up on your community website first.
• Once your Membership is active, you can use the same credentials to log in to the app.

 Troubleshooting

If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble signing in, contact your community's admin for help resetting your credentials.
