# How do I download files from a Boardroom meeting?
### Download Files from a Boardroom Meeting
*Also searched as: save a boardroom attachment, get a meeting document, export a boardroom file*
Download document assets that have been uploaded to a Boardroom Meeting.
### Steps
1. Click on the **Membership** tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
2. Click on the **Boardroom** tab.
3. In the **BOARDROOM** window, locate the meeting in the list. In the **Actions** column, open the three-dots menu and choose **View Boardroom**.
4. In the **BOARDROOM MEETING** window, go to the **Attachments** section, below Meeting Details on the left. Every uploaded file is listed here — whether it was uploaded directly or attached alongside a Boardroom Manager comment.
5. Click the file's name to open it in a new tab, or click the download icon (downward-pointing arrow) next to it to save a copy.
\> **Note:** A file attached to a Boardroom Manager comment also shows a "view attachments" link under that comment — clicking it opens the same file, but the file itself is only downloadable from the Attachments section as described above.
