How do I delete a boardroom meeting?

# Delete a Boardroom Meeting

Also known as: remove a board meeting, permanently delete a meeting record, erase a boardroom entry

Delete a Boardroom Meeting permanently once you know you no longer need it. This action cannot be undone.

Steps

  1. Click on the Membership tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the Boardroom tab.
  3. In the BOARDROOM window, locate the meeting in the list. In the Actions column, open the three-dots menu and choose Close Boardroom.
  4. Reopen the same three-dots menu in the Actions column and choose Delete Boardroom.
  5. In the DELETE BOARDROOM window, click Delete to permanently remove the meeting.

 To Cancel Instead of Deleting

Click Cancel, press Esc, or click the X in the top right corner of the window to exit without deleting the meeting.

> Note: A Boardroom Meeting must be closed before it can be deleted. If you don't see a "Delete Boardroom" option, close the meeting first using the steps above.
