# How Do I Deactivate, Reactivate, Delete, or Duplicate a Vendor?
### **How Do I Deactivate, Reactivate, Delete, or Duplicate a Vendor?**
In the **VENDORS** window, the **ACTIONS** column three-dots menu gives you options for managing an individual vendor.
#### **View or Edit a Vendor**
- Choose **View Vendor Info** to see the vendor's details.
- Choose **Edit Vendor Info** to edit vendor details.
- Choose **Edit Account** to edit the details of the account the vendor is assigned to.
#### **Deactivate a Vendor**
If you no longer need or work with a vendor, choose **Deactivate Vendor** from the three-dots menu. Once deactivated, the vendor no longer appears in the default list.
To see deactivated vendors, activate the **Show Inactive** toggle switch in the top right corner of the **VENDORS** window.
#### **Reactivate or Delete a Deactivated Vendor**
The three-dots menu shows different options for a deactivated vendor:
- Choose **Reactivate Vendor** to make it active again.
- Choose **Delete Vendor** to remove it permanently.
**Note:** You must deactivate a vendor before you can delete it.
#### **Duplicate a Vendor**
Choose **Duplicate Vendor** from the three-dots menu to create a copy of a vendor account.
