# How do I deactivate a ticketing system form?
### Deactivate a Ticketing System Form
*Also searched as: hide a ticket form, disable a ticketing form, remove a form that's not in use*
### What Deactivating Does
The **Deactivate** option hides a ticketing form that's no longer in use.
**Important:** any and all ticket submissions associated with a deactivated form disappear along with it. If you reactivate the form later, it reappears together with all of its submissions.
### Steps
1. Click the **Forms** tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
2. Click the **Ticketing System** tab.
3. Locate the form you want to deactivate.
4. In the **ACTIONS** column, click the **⋮** (three-dot) menu for that form's row, then click **Deactivate**.
### To Reactivate a Form
1. Toggle on **Show Inactive** in the Ticketing System window to reveal deactivated forms.
2. Locate the form and use the corresponding action to reactivate it — its submissions will reappear.
