What Deactivating Does

The Deactivate option hides a ticketing form that's no longer in use.

Important: any and all ticket submissions associated with a deactivated form disappear along with it. If you reactivate the form later, it reappears together with all of its submissions.

 Steps

1. Click the Forms tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
2. Click the Ticketing System tab.
3. Locate the form you want to deactivate.
4. In the ACTIONS column, click the ⋮ (three-dot) menu for that form's row, then click Deactivate.

 To Reactivate a Form

1. Toggle on Show Inactive in the Ticketing System window to reveal deactivated forms.
2. Locate the form and use the corresponding action to reactivate it — its submissions will reappear.
