# How do I add my community logo to an email blast?
### Adding Your Community Logo to E-Blasts
Admins can brand outgoing e-blast messages with their own community logo instead of a generic HOA Start logo or plain text label. This helps members instantly recognize which community the email is from.
### How to Upload a Community Logo
1. Go to the **Account** tab, then open **Organization Info**.
2. Click the **"add logo"** link. This opens the **Add Logo** window.
3. Browse for your logo file and upload it.
4. Crop the logo as needed, then click **Save**.
### Good to know:
- Supported file formats: **.JPG, .PNG, .GIF**
- Uploaded logos are automatically scaled to fit an area **300 pixels wide by 180 pixels tall**.
Once saved, your logo appears on the Organization Info page, just below the community name.
### How to Replace or Remove a Logo
1. On the Organization Info page, click **"edit logo"**.
2. In the **Edit Logo** window, upload a new logo or remove the existing one.
**How to Set a Reply-To Email Address**
By default, members may not have an easy way to reply directly to your community. As an Admin, you can set a reply-to address so members can contact your community directly when they reply to a system email.
1. Go to **Organization Info** in the Admin Dashboard.
2. Click the **Edit icon (pencil)** in the **Contact Information** section.
3. In the **Edit Primary Contact Info** window, scroll to the **"Reply To Email Address"** field and enter the address you want members' replies to go to.
4. Click **Save** to finish.
### What Members See
- **With a logo:** the e-blast email displays your community logo at the top.
- **Without a logo:** the email displays only the community name as plain text.
