Download Data from a Violations Form

Download every violation submitted through one specific violations form, or across all of your violations forms at once, as a single spreadsheet-compatible CSV file.

Steps

  1. Click the Forms tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen, then click Violations.
  2. Click View All Violations.
  3. On the VIOLATION STATUS page, open the Form Selector dropdown near the top and choose the specific violations form you want data from — or leave it set to All to include every violations form your organization has.
  4. Click Download Violations Data in the upper right corner.

The CSV file downloads immediately, containing every violation matching your Form Selector choice, regardless of which Pending/Open/Closed tab you happen to be viewing at the time.

Note: This is the only place to download violations data in bulk — the individual violations forms list (Forms > Violations) doesn't have its own per-form download option. To download a single violation's notice instead of a data file, see Download a Violation Notice.
