Download a Violation Notice

Every individual violation record can be downloaded as a PDF notice for your files, whether it's still Pending, has been moved to Open, or has already been Closed.

Steps

  1. Click the Forms tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen, then click Violations.
  2. Click View All Violations.
  3. On the VIOLATION STATUS page, click the Pending, Open, or Closed tab that contains the violation you're looking for. Use the Form Selector dropdown and the search/filter fields above the list if you need to narrow it down first (see Search for One or More Violations).
  4. Find the violation's row, then in the ACTIONS column, click the three-dots menu and choose Download PDF.

The PDF downloads (or opens in a new browser tab, depending on your browser's settings) immediately — there's no confirmation window.

Tip: You can also reach an individual violation's three-dots menu directly from a specific form's own violation list — open the form's row on the main Violations page and click through, rather than starting from View All Violations.
