Designate a Post as a Favorite or Remove the Favorite Designation

Each Newsfeed post has a thumbs-up icon with a running count next to it. Clicking it marks the post as a favorite (a "like"); clicking it again removes your favorite designation.

Steps

  1. Click the Newsfeed link on your website's main navigation bar.
  2. Find the post you want to favorite, and click the thumbs-up icon at the bottom of the post.
  3. The number next to the icon increases by one, showing your favorite has been counted.
  4. To remove your favorite designation, click the same thumbs-up icon again — the count decreases by one.

Note: This favorite/like count is shared — it reflects the total number of members who have favorited the post, not just your own action.
