Delete a Reconciliation

Deleting a reconciliation removes it from your records completely. Only a reconciliation with a status of Pending can be deleted — once a reconciliation is marked Complete, it no longer has a Delete option and can only be viewed.

Steps

  1. Click on the Financials tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the Reconciliations tab.
  3. Find the Pending reconciliation you want to delete in the RECONCILIATIONS list.
  4. Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column for that row and select Delete Reconciliation.
  5. In the DELETE RECONCILIATION window that opens, click Delete to confirm.

To close the window without making changes, click Cancel or the X in the top right corner.
