Delete a Household

Deleting a Household removes it from your website completely. Unlike deactivating a Household, this action cannot be undone — the Household record and its history are gone. If you only want to hide a Household while keeping its record, deactivate it instead.

Steps

  1. Click on the Households tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the Households tab.
  3. In the HOUSEHOLDS window that opens, scroll through the Household list until you find the row you want. If your list covers more than one page, use the arrow icons or a page number to navigate.
  4. Click the three-dot menu in the ACTIONS column for that row and select Delete Household.
  5. In the DELETE HOUSEHOLD? window that opens, click the Delete button to remove the Household completely.

To close the DELETE HOUSEHOLD? window without making any changes, click Close, press Esc, or click the X in the top right corner.
