Create a Photo Gallery Page and Set Up the Gallery

Add a Photo Gallery page to your website and fill it with images from an event or collection. Only a Photo Gallery page includes a Gallery widget.

Before You Start

Add a new page and choose Photo Gallery from the Page Template dropdown — see Add a Page for the full page-creation steps.

Adding Images

  1. Click on the Manage Site tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen, then click Site Setup.
  2. In the Site Builder window, click your Photo Gallery page in the left-side page list.
  3. Point to (hover over) the Gallery widget to reveal its control bar, then click Edit Gallery.
  4. In the EDIT GALLERY window, click Add Image.
  5. In the ADD IMAGE window, enter an Image Title and click Browse to choose a file (GIF, JPG, or PNG, up to 15 MB).
  6. Adjust the crop selection area if needed, then click Save Image.

Managing Gallery Images

  • Repeat Add Image to add more photos to the gallery.
  • Drag an image’s move handle (the four-arrow icon) up or down to change its order — images display left-to-right in the widget based on their top-to-bottom order in this window.
  • Click an image’s pencil icon to edit its title or replace the image file.
  • Click an image’s trash can icon to remove it from the gallery.
  1. Click Update in the EDIT GALLERY window to save your changes to the gallery as a whole.

To exit any of these windows without saving, click Cancel or the X in the top right corner.
