Can I Turn Off Autopay for a Member?

No. Autopay is enabled by the member, not the admin. When a member adds a payment method to pay a due, they see an Enable Autopay checkbox on that payment step — turning it on or off is their choice, made at the time they set up payment for that due.

When would this come up?
  • A member asks staff to stop their dues from auto-charging their card each cycle.
  • A board member asks whether the community can require or forbid autopay for everyone.
What admins can do instead

There's no admin-side switch to turn a member's autopay on or off, and no per-member view of their autopay status in Member Details. If a member wants to stop autopay, they'll need to remove or replace the payment method on their own account, or simply leave the box unchecked the next time they pay.
