Why This Matters

If your community uses Amenities, you need to change two settings in QuickBooks so that damage fees apply to the same invoices as reservation payments.

Steps (in QuickBooks)

1. Click the Settings icon (gear).
2. In the YOUR COMPANY column, choose Account and settings.
3. In the Account and Settings window, click the Sales tab.
4. Click into the Sales form content section to reveal its toggle switches.
5. Activate the toggles for Discount and Deposit.
6. Click Save, then click Done to close the window.
