HOA Start's Financials section offers two key reports to help you understand your community's finances.
What Each Report Shows
- Profit and Loss Report (P&L / P/L) – Shows income and expenses over a chosen time period (month, quarter, year, or a multi-year range). Use it to review overall cashflow and see where costs exceed or fit within income.
- Balance Sheet Report – Shows account balances over a chosen time period, including bank, credit card, asset, and equity accounts, so you can see the positive or negative balance in each.
