An Overview of the Admin Dashboard

After logging in, Staff and Admins land on the Admin Dashboard -- a homepage made up of cards that summarize your community's activity. You can also return to it anytime by clicking Admin Dashboard at the top of the left navigation.

The Cards

  • Members -- your most recently active members and their latest login dates, with an "all members" link to the full list.
  • Newsfeed -- the most recent community posts.
  • Events -- upcoming events, with links to view your calendars or events list.
  • Forms/Polls -- your most recently updated forms, showing each one's submission or vote count.
  • Tickets -- pending items from your Ticketing System forms.
  • Violations -- pending violations awaiting review.
  • Payments -- recent payment activity.
  • Documents -- the most recently uploaded files, with a download link for each.
  • Reservations -- pending amenity reservations.
  • Sponsors -- your active sponsors, along with each one's view and click counts.
  • Site Setup -- your site's name, web address, and current theme, with an "edit site" link.
  • Committees -- your community's committees, with a short description and a "view committee" link for each.

A card with nothing to show displays a short message instead, such as "There are no pending violations." Most cards include a "view more" link that takes you to that feature's full list. Exactly which cards appear depends on which features your community has enabled.
