An Overview of Reports

Financials lets you build and export reports that help you review your association’s financial performance over a chosen timeframe.

Report Types

• Profit and Loss Report — displays income and expenses for a specific month, quarter, year, or multi-year period. Use it to review overall cash flow and see how costs compare to income.
• Balance Sheet Report — displays account balances for a specific month, quarter, year, or multi-year period, showing positive or negative balances across your banking, credit card, asset, and equity accounts.

Where to Find Reports

Reports live under the Financials tab on the left Dashboard menu, on the Reports sub-tab.
