An Overview of Organization Info

The Organization Info page is where your organization's name, logo, plan, and contact information all live in one place. Get there by going to Account > Organization Info in the left navigation.

Organization Name and Logo

Your organization's name is shown at the top of the page. Click edit name next to it to rename your organization, or click add logo (or the logo itself, once one is set) to upload or replace your organization's logo.

Your Plan

This section shows a read-only summary of your current subscription: plan tier, number of members, whether a custom domain is in use, custom email accounts, newsletter templates, and your organization's text message usage for the year.

Contact Information

Two tabs, Primary and Billing, each show a contact name, email, phone, and mailing address on file for your organization, along with when that contact was created and last updated.

Payment Info

Shows your annual plan price, your last payment date, and your renewal date. A Question About Plan? button lets you send a message about your plan directly from this page.

Note: the Your Plan and Payment Info sections are informational only -- you can't change your plan tier or pricing yourself from this page. Use Question About Plan? to reach out about upgrading, downgrading, or any other plan question.
