Add a Page
Add a new page to your organization’s website beyond the default Home page.
Steps
- Click on the Manage Site tab on the vertical Dashboard menu at the left side of the screen, then click Site Setup.
- In the Site Builder window, click any Add Page link in the left-side page list.
- In the NEW PAGE window, use the Create Page Under dropdown to nest the new page under an existing one, or leave it set to None to add it as its own top-level page.
- Choose a layout from the Page Template dropdown (required).
- Enter a name in Page Name (required).
- Review or edit the Page URL (required) — it automatically fills in based on the page name, with spaces replaced by dashes.
- Adjust the visibility checkboxes as needed: Add This Page To Main Navigation Menu and Make Page Active are checked by default; Hide If Not Logged In is unchecked by default.
- Optionally, use Limited to Committees or Limited to Tags to restrict who can see the page.
- Optionally, enter a Page Description.
- Click Add to create the page.
To exit without creating the page, click Cancel, press Esc, or click the X in the top right corner.
Note: Where you click Add Page in the list determines the new page’s position in your main website menu — a link appears below each existing top-level page and below each group of nested sub-pages.
